Shipping & Returns
We use Royal Mail 24 as our preferred shipping partner. We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt. At weekends and Bank Holidays Royal Mail 24 do not pick up items so please allow a few extra days. Your product should reach you in perfect condition but of course accidents do happen so get in touch as soon as possible should any problems arise. We will not entertain any claims for products that have been signed for by a neighbour or 3rd party that you then subsequently claim have not been delivered. The term 'Free P&P' or any promotional metric offering discounts on shipping will apply to UK postcodes only.
With all internet orders you have 14 days in which to change your mind. Simply get in touch and we will guide you through the cancellation process. The goods must be returned to us sealed and in a resellable condition. Your statutory rights are unaffected so should any product fall below our exceptional quality standards and be faulty then we will gladly take the item back for a full refund. Please note the guarantee only applies to quality control issues and does not cover items that have been opened or used.
